Magnet detection and fishing are becoming more and more out of control. It is up to us to take matters into our own hands. There is a great lack of information and training. The ideal would be to be part of an association which after training and information transmits a renewable contract each year with the duty to make the declarations and to transmit a copy of these to the president of the association every 3 months. Our organization will have to have a copy of these declarations, because our objective is to create a climate of confidence with the Dracs and the Ministry. All declarations will be highlighted on our website of the organization with the counter and the number of discoveries declared by association. The organization will have the right to regularly check declarations and comply with our regulations, on pain of being sanctioned or even excluded from the circuit.
